PrintStart3D is committed to providing high-quality 3D printing services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued.

1. Custom 3D Prints

Because custom 3D prints are made-to-order and personalized, all sales are final once production begins. We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect designs submitted by the customer

• Changes requested after production has started

• Minor imperfections typical of 3D printing processes

However, if there is a defect in the product due to a manufacturing issue or a mistake on our end, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

2. Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)

If you purchase non-custom, pre-designed items from our store, you may request a return or refund under these conditions:

• Return requested within 14 days of delivery

• Item is unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless item is defective)

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• Description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

4. Cancellations

Orders for custom prints may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation if production has already started.

Orders for standard products can be canceled anytime before shipping.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
