All prices are listed in United States Dollar. Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the full amount.

All content on PrintStart3D—including designs, logos, text, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written permission. 

If you upload or submit designs for 3D printing, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, you grant PrintStart3D a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

 

6. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree that your content will not:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Contain illegal or obscene material.

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

7. Shipping and Returns
